Alkyd-urethane primer and topcoat 3in1

Primer, interlayer and top (3in1) paint suitable for baseless interior and exterior coatings of railings, roofs, window sills, windows, doors, constructions, halls, conveyors, production lines, machinery and equipment, containers, pallets, crates, boxes, etc. The second layer  can be applied 30 minutes after the first layer or after 16 hours with a brush / roller application.

KE 54

Alkyd-urethane primer, interlayer and topcoat 3in1

Primer, interlayer and top (3in1) suitable for interior and exterior coatings of of steel constructions, halls, conveyors, production lines, machinery and equipment, containers, pallets, crates, boxes and wood.  The second layer  can be applied 40 minutes after the first layer or after 12 hours with a brush / roller application. The surface must be dry before applying the paint. 

KE 53

Alkyd-urethane primer, interlayer and top-coat 3in1

Primer, interlayer and top-coat for interior or exterior coatings of steel constructions, pallets, conveyors, containers, transport boxes, window sills, railings, roofs, windows and doors without a priming coat. The advantage of urethaneized binder is higher color fastness, UV-durability and mechanical resistance. The second layer of KE 53 can be applied 40 minutes after the first layer, for brush/roller is recommended to apply the second layer after 12 hours. The surface must be dry before applying the paint.

SE 65

SE 65 is a self-priming silicone paint resistant up to 650°C.

A special one-component silicone self-priming paint for the final treatment of steel, cast-iron objects and constructions exposed to increased thermal stress. Paint is applicable for products with a permanent thermal strain up to 650°C, a short strain up to 700°C. It is used especially for protection of engine parts, smoke flues, steam pipelines, stoves, fireplaces etc. This coating material is not applicable on copper, tinned and zinc-plated surfaces. Stoved coating resists against organic solvents, gasoline, petroleum, dilute acid and alkali solutions.

PE 33

PE 33 is a fast-curing self-priming two-component anti-corrosive polyurethane paint.

Self-priming coating on steel, galvanized constructions, wooden and mineral surfaces, residential and material containers, production lines and conveyors without priming coat. Very high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is resistant against petroleum substances, oils and grease, increased humidity, dilute acid and alkali solutions. For the highest performance use airless spraying. For small areas use a brush or roller.

PE 73

Universal high-solid 2-in-1 paint for all surfaces

Are you looking for a paint that will protect steel, galvanized and mineral surfaces? PE 73 is a self-priming, high-solids polyurethane paint of the 2-in-1 type – primer and topcoat in one. It can be easily and quickly applied with an airless sprayer, spray gun, brush, or roller, and the resulting surface is resistant to weathering, mechanical stress, and chemical stress for a long time.

PE 84

PE 84 is a fast-curing self-priming two-component anti-corrosive polyurethane paint.

Fast-drying high-solid glossy two-component primer and top-coat (2 in 1). Suitable for coatings of transport machinery and for application requiring the high mechanical, chemical and color fastness. It is resistant against increased humidity, petroleum substances, oils, grease, alcohol and common cleaning products. Applicable by airless- or airmix-spraying, a brush or a roller. The second layer apply 60 minutes after the first layer, for brush/roller is recommended to apply the second layer after 16 hours.

HAE 30

HAE 30 is a self-priming anti-corrosive water-born paint for steel.

Self-priming coating for steel structures, gutters, pipes, castings, pallets, boxes, containers, production lines, machines and equipment. It has an excellent adhesion on wood and mineral surfaces. Applicable by spraying, brush or roller. Suitable for painting products in indirect contact with foodstuffs, animal feed and drinking water.

S 2013

S 2013 is a versatile alkyd-based paint on metal and wood.

Finishing coat on steel and wooden constructions, pallets, railings, ceilings, cottages, garden furniture etc. It can be applied by a roller, brush or spraying. Due to the extended drying time it is recommended also for large areas. Appropriate priming coats: KG 09, KG 11 or KG 13, KG 15.

PLAMOSTOP P9

PLAMOSTOP P9 is a water-based fire protective intumescent coating material.

SSpecial one-component middle-layer coat for fire protection of steel construction in the enviroment type "Y" - indoor enviroment and partial exposure. Possible use only in the VitoFire V1-V4 systems certified for the EU corresponding to ETAG 018. The film thickness of Plamostop P9 is neccessary to calculate particularly for every object. It is also used to increase the fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures, based on the determination of the concrete thickness equivalent to increasethe tension of reinforcement, calculated according to the dimension table. It can be applied by a roller, brush or airless-spraying. Applicable only by a trained person possesing a valid certificate. Appropriate priming coats: KG 13 or ZG 13, finishing coats: KD 53, PD 53, HAE 30 for reinforced concrete structures.

WP 10

Wash-primer
