ZG 11
ZG 11 is a two-component anti-corrosive epoxy primer on steel, zinc, aluminium and mineral surfaces.
Fast-drying two-component primer for severe corrosive environment. Suitable for coatings of steel structures, halls, residential containers, conveyors, production lines, machines and equipment, mineral substrates. Very high adhesion, corrosive, mechanical and chemical resistance. Resistant against petroleum substances, oils and grease, increased humidity, permanent submersion, dilute acid and alkali solutions. Can be applied by a roller, brush, airless- or airmix-spraying on steel, galvanized, aluminium and mineral surfaces. Appropriate top coats PE 33, PE 73, PE 84, ZD 53, KD 53 or KD 54 apply after 45 minutes, for higher hardness and faster drying after 16 hours.

ZG 16
ZG 16 is a two-component anti-corrosive epoxy primer containing zinc powder.
Fast-drying two-component primer containing zinc powder for severe corrosive atmospheric environment. Suitable for painting steel structures of bridges, stables, dairies, laundries, cans, tanks, vans, underground tanks and pipes. Excellent anti-corrosive protection, very high adhesion, mechanical and chemical resistance. Used only as the the first layer on abrasive blast-cleaned steel to Sa 2½ corresponding to ČSN EN ISO 8501-1. Zinc powder create a cathodic protection of the surface. Applicable by airless spraying, roller or brush. Appropriate top coats ZG 19, ZD 53, PE 33, PE 73 or PE 84 apply after 20 minutes, for higher hardness and faster drying after 16 hours.

ZG 19
ZG 19 is a priming or middle layer two-component anti-corrosive epoxy paint containing mica ferric oxide.
Two-component priming or intermediate coating containing mica ferric oxide. It provides excellent barrier protection of the surface. Suitable for coatings of waterworks, steel structures of bridges, stables, dairies, laundries, cans, tanks, vans, underground reservoirs, reservoirs, pipes and mineral substrates. It has excellent adhesion, insulating ability, chemical and mechanical resistance. It is used as a first layer on zinc-coated surfaces or as a second layer (intermediate layer) on a steel surface treated with paint ZG 16, ZG 11, ZG 13, ZG 17. Iron mica forms a barrier that prevents the penetration of water and oxygen to the substrate. Apply by airless spraying, roller or brush. Appropriate top coats ZD 53, PE 33, PE 73 or PD 84 apply after 30 minutes, for higher hardness and faster drying after 16 hours

PG 13 is a two-component anti-corrosive polyurethane primer on steel, zinc, wood and mineral surfaces.
Priming coat in severe corrosive atmospheric environment. Very high corrosion and mechanical resistance. It can be applied by a roller, brush or spraying on steel, freshly zinc-plated surfaces, wood and mineral surfaces. Appropriate finishing coats PE 33, PE 73, PE 84, KD 53, KD 54 apply after 40 minutes, for higher hardness and faster drying after 16 hours.
