thinner for epoxy coating materials.
ZT 03 is intended to adjust the viscosity of VITON paints applied by a spray gun, a brush or a roller. The quantity of thinner depends on the chosen type of application, on the temperature and on the type of chosen paint. The maximal quantity is specified in the technical data sheet of the particular paint. Mentioned thinner is intended only for coating materials and paints by VITON s.r.o. When applying a VITON paint combined with a thinner by another manufacturer the paint guarantee expires.

Hardener for faster drying time of 2K epoxy coating materials
Hardener ZH 91 is intended for hardening two-component epoxy coatings VITON when it is necessary to accelerate the drying and curing time. Use of the hardener in combination with coatings from other manufacturers is at your own risk. We recommend the use of scales for mass curing and branded measuring cups for volume curing. Accuracy of dosage has a significant effect on the final chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the coating.

hardener for two-component epoxy paints
For mixing with appropriate coating materials according to the given volume and weight mixing ratio. These ratios are specified in the technical data sheet of each particular coating material. The dosing accuracy influences chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the coating system. We recommend to use a scale (mixing by weight) or a calibrated measuring cup (mixing by volume). Always first harden the coating material, then dilute it up to the required application viscosity.

Accelerator
Additive is intended for regional retailers, wholesalers and final consumers. It is used to accelerate the drying time of VITON polyurethane coatings PG 13, PE 33, PE 73 a PE 84. It shortens the curing of applied paint and can be advantageously used at low temperatures between 0-5 ° C. The recommended dosage of the accelerator is 10-20 grams per kilogram of paint. First dose the accelerator to the paint, mix thoroughly with the machine after dosing and afterwards dose the hardener! When using an accelerator, it is necessary to calculate the half of the pot-life and to take care of the fast processing of the dyed paint and its perfect removal from the application device.
